Mike handles serious criminal matters in state and federal court and corporate investigations.

Mike's practice has been entirely devoted to criminal law since 1978. He has tried more than a hundred cases in state and federal court and has negotiated many more.

Mike handles both serious crimes such as capital murder and white-collar crimes, including securities fraud, violations of the FCPA and Travel Act, money laundering, and environmental crimes.
