CS engaged as appellate counsel in case against hedge-fund manager D.B. Zwirn & Co.

Tri­al coun­sel for two former seni­or front-of­fice per­son­nel of D.B. Zwirn & Co. have en­gaged Ca­mara & Sib­ley as ap­pel­late coun­sel in a case pending in the United States Dis­trict Court for the South­ern Dis­trict of Texas.

This en­gage­ment con­tin­ues a series of en­gage­ments in which Ca­mara & Sib­ley has rep­res­en­ted lim­ited part­ners, funds, and traders in the hedge-fund in­dustry in claims ran­ging from sev­er­al mil­lion dol­lars to sev­er­al bil­lion dol­lars.

K.A.D. Ca­mara will serve as lead ap­pel­late coun­sel for the plaintiffs. Our ap­pel­late law­yers are reg­u­larly en­gaged to as­sist tri­al coun­sel with dis­pos­it­ive mo­tions and the jury charge and to handle any post-ver­dict mo­tions and pro­ceed­ings in the courts of ap­peals. We handle fed­er­al ap­peals in all federal circuits and in the Supreme Court of the United States.
