CS en­gaged to per­form cor­por­ate-law audit at KTJ Group

KTJ Group, a group of com­pan­ies en­gaged in the auto­mot­ive parts whole­sale busi­ness in San Ant­o­nio, Aus­tin, Hou­s­ton, and Dal­las, en­gaged Ca­mara & Sib­ley to com­plete an audit of its cor­por­ate and con­trac­tu­al struc­ture with an eye to­ward pro­tect­ing valu­able in­tel­lec­tu­al prop­erty and re­du­cing fu­ture lit­ig­a­tion risk.

This kind of pre­vent­ive leg­al work can save mil­lions of dol­lars in lit­ig­a­tion costs and lit­ig­a­tion losses down the line. It is a par­tic­u­lar spe­cialty of our cor­por­ate group, which is unique in that every cor­por­ate as­so­ci­ate gains real com­mer­cial tri­al ex­per­i­ence through our first-year tri­al ro­ta­tion and in that every cor­por­ate part­ner con­tin­ues to ap­pear in court reg­u­larly.
