Mergers and Acquisitions
Camara & Sibley handles mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other transactions affecting corporate structure. We have particular expertise handling transactions that involve complicated issues in our other specialty areas, including antitrust, environmental, and intellectual property, or that involve international issues, including antibribery and trade issues and related successor liability.
Our litigators are available to assist in executing hostile transactions, obtaining necessary government approvals, and handling subsequent shareholder or purchaser / seller litigation, including litigation over earnout agreements. Camara & Sibley also sometimes handles limited engagements in which we advise clients on particular complex or international issues while another firm handles the more routine parts of the transaction.
